Can't get a hold of the call center

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been trying to get a hold of the MTN call center to assist me with porting. They have the most unhelpful call center service that makes you go through every option before allowing you to select "speak to a consultant", and every time I select that option the call cuts! Been at it for an hour this morning!</p> <p> </p> <p>what poor service from MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>funny enough I called FNB connect and got through to the consultant immediately within a few seconds and was helped.</p>
