Can't cancell contract

I emailed [Email Removed] and got a call number *** that I want to give notice on my cell phone contract. I get no feedback to say that the contract is cancelled and the debit order is still going off my account. I emailed customer service again but get no response.<br> <br> When I try to phone I wait and wait and wait and my call doesnt get answered
