Can't cancel MTN contract due to strike

My contract for both my MTN numbers end today, 25 June 2015. This week when I went into the MTN store they said they could not help me as I myself had to phone 808 call centre to cancel my contract. I have tried phoning 808 numerous times but always just get a message that the call centre is closed due to disruptions (i.e. the strike). I have logged a USD query (***) and emailed Customer Care (#***2) without response. What am I suppose to do now? How am I suppose to cancel my contract, migrating both numbers to prepaid?
