Can't cancel MTN contract
<p>I have been trying to cancel my MTN contract. My contract expires soon and I want to go on to Prepaid. I went in to the V&A waterfront store where they said they are not allowed to cancel contracts in person anymore. That I have to call the 808 or ********** . I have been trying to get through for a few days with no success. I even sent a cancellation email to ********** who also said they can't cancel, that I have to call said numbers. How the heck do I cancel my contract?!</p>

I am not sure why you do not allow cancellations of contract in person or online. In both situations one can fill in an official form and the process can be run smoothly. It creates tremendous frustration calling on a daily bases to a non responsive call centre.
