Can't Blaclist phone

<p>After our daughter being ****ed in a. car crash 3 weeks ago, we are unable to blacklist the phone which was ****** from the scene. We need the box with serial number. Our late daughter has not stayed with us for years yet we are the contract holders. The ***** is only to happy using our daughters phone he stole from a deceased. Yet no help from MTN. MYN YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!!!! I won't recommend your company to anybody. </p>
