Can someone please fix my phone

Hi I have been running around like a headless chicken trying to get my phone unblocked for all networks. I've been sent back and forth by Telkom, MTN and Samsung yet there has been no results.

In August 2015 my phone was ****** and I had to block it, but fortunately after some investigation it was the ***** was found and my property was returned to me. I then proceeded to unblock my phone via MTN as I was their customer at the time.

This process alone took forever but eventually I was able to use my phone again. Just a few months later (December 2015) I decided that I have had enough of poor service, I ported my nnumber Telkom.

It is then that my problems started. Since the 31st of December 2015, I am unable to make calls or receive them and the same goes for SMS's. I went to Samsung e for help and they told me it is a network problem. Telkom told me that my phone won't work because it is still blocked at MTN's side. When I called the MTN call center using someone else's phone, I was advised to go to the shop. The guy assisting me at the MTN shop at the Workshop in Durban told me he doesn't know what to do.

He then calls the 173 center and they tell him to call *** and he uses his number to get through to agents. I was then informed that there is nothing that can be done because I no longer am a customer and they had unblocked my phone completely so they don't have a fault. What I fail to understand is why is my phone not receiving calls on my Telkom Sim. I've been suffering from this since December the 30th. I just want to be able use my phone now.

Enough is enough.

Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We have requested from the prep-paid department to assist, the system reflect that the device is blacklisted with MTN. Then the system reflected that the device was un-blacklisted , once the device is un-blacklisted the device need to be switch off for 72 hours before it can be used. If the 72 hours is not honoured the system will block the device in the back end.
We have requested from the bulk department to assist to blacklist the device again once this done we can then un blacklist the device .
We will be in contact again with you with feedback.
Kind Regards,
Alice van der Merwe
