Can someone get back to me??

How is it possible not to get in contact with MTN??? I can’t phone them (if someone has a number please share) They don’t phone me back when I fill in the Contact Me form?? It is impossible to get hold of them??

I signed up telephonically for a new contract, and the simcard was delivered, but no one has contacted me regarding the number port, or what the details of the new contract is?

The lady I talked to on the phone talked so fast and the connection was so bad I couldn’t hear half of what she was saying??

I am so frustrated!!!!
