Can someone from mtn contact me because mtn is unreachable!!!

I am having a problem with my mtn lte sim! I can’t get through to a single person at mtn to talk to them. I will get a voice note promoting me the working hours which is Monday - Friday from 8-17 and the call ends! It’s a Tuesday! Do they not work Tuesday as well????
