Can not reach anybody
There is NO way to speak to a consultant at MTN. Dial 808 and follow the voice prompts and you will hold for 45 min without speaking to a consultant. I must have dialed 15 times over the past 3 weeks and NEVER got to speak to a consultant. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE !!!
