Can not handle their service
I made arrangements with the online support chat operator for an outstanding balance to be debited from my account on the 28/4/2015. But MTN debits my account just when they want to I would like To Know Who Is Going To Pay The Magtape charges On My Bank Account.

Our records indicate that there was no debit order request for the 28th of April and the account is on a cash payment method due to the debit orders returing unpaid.
