Can not assist me with a simple task.
I would just like to know how much the early termination fee will be on my account as I do not want to proceed with monthly installments due to a personal change. I called in and got told to email them directly, thus I emailed the cancellations since last week Tuesday the 29th of December and till today Tuesday the 5th of January I have not received the amount to terminate my contract. I gave them all the information they needed but they keep on asking me the same things again. Am I being taken for a joke? I can't speak to someone just to find out the termination amount and when I follow your process still nothing happens. Your standards are suppose to be higher than this... Get someone to sort this out or I will leave your network completely and not just cancel... check ref number: ***4 and ref number: ***1

As per reference numbers # ***4 , *** and *** the early termination fees were issued to the client and they are as follows:
Cell phone number : 078*****4900
LG G3 VALUE: R4018.42 / 24 * remaining months 10 + unbilled invoice R422.99
Estimated amount payable = R2097.33
payment can be made at MTN store or ABSA bank
