Can MTN prove that i owe them money

Is MTN still really a cellular service provider in SA, i doubt that they are. If they cannot provide details of a account enquiry be it via there normal channel or be it with there legal department. Why do i have to wait 5 t0 7 days for a answer to a plain and simple question. WHY HAVE A LEGAL DEPARTMENT IF YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR A ANSWER. For crying out load the client could die tomorrow before you have even had the time to reply with the answer to the balance of monies that are owed. IT IS YOUR MONEY!!!!! Provide the " FRIGGIN" serves to get your money. A VERY BASIC BUSINESS PRINCIPAL. So that being said lets see if this even gets answered, judging by the reviews i have read here it will most likely not be.
