Can I trust MTN services again?

Honestly MTN has been providing good service for me since I started being their client but as of late, I’m very disappointed by their services. On the 29th December 2023, I happened to make a payment not realising I have provided a wrong reference number. So I then called MTN customer service and reported the incident and I was asked to send them proof of payment and I did that, so that they can escalate the matter to the department that deals with those issues and allocate those funds to my account accordingly (they said). I waited for weeks for their response but didn’t get any. I called them again for about 6 times to report the same issue but till this day I never got any feedback from them and had to pay again for that month. They even sent me to an MTN store, I went and they told me they can’t help me , I’ll have to call MTN again. So I’ve been using my airtime and petrol to get assistance but never received any. I don’t even know what to do now.
