Can i port at a store without rica first?

On October 2 16:34 I was at MTN store in Clearwater to port my number. For some unknown reason it was not successful. I had all necessary documents required for this procedure.<br> <br> Again, successfully ported my number on October 09 15:43 at Clearwater MTN store. I had all necessary documents required for rica purpose. Everything was finalised there, there was nothing outstanding that I was made aware of when leaving, infact I was even made to buy a second starter pack for an unknown reason.<br> <br> Today I was flabbergasted to find out that my number has been suspended to call except to receive only.<br> I don't have time to run around like a headless chicken following every stupid mind control commands.<br> <br> If there's a problem let the store attendants explain an submit proof that I supp**** every required documents. I'm battling to use my phone for useful matters over senseless things.<br> <br> I can't call even a customer care plus all attempts to call a store failed as they don't answer calls.<br> <br> UNLOCK MY NUMBER or let me go to a meaningful network operator.<br>
