Can I get a response

MTN Customer service center it's so pathetic when it comes to customer service, we do understand that they receive high volume of calls, then we have to wait for ones turn, only to be transferred to a lady on the contract department Lungile who deals with the MTN old accounts she hanged off the phone on my ears twice I explained the problem that my issue wasn't resolved I don't have internet access on my new Sim card for data, she hanged off,I called waited for my turn she transferred my call back they then I got transferred to her she hanged out, can we get proper service like the service they it's like this weather COLD
