Can I believe my SMs\s from MTN"

This is my second complaint in a week and I know I will just get a reference number like the last one and Mtn will hope it goes away but this time I have photocopied all the information and am going to deliver it to the public protector. It is about time we as the public took a stand against the out of data charges. So my facebook page is Brian Hawken and I am willing to include any claims with mine to the public protector. ICASA are toothless so no point in going there. Yesterday on my phone no *** I get the following message. \Bundle depleted! You are now using OUT OF Bundle rates."I then dial *141*1# and check my Internet Balances and it tells me \""Recurring 540.32 MB. I then check my MTNChoice usage: \""Unbilled Usage: R31.50: Usage limit remaining R2368.50 of R2400.00. Surely this indicates that I have lots of data available.
Are MTN trying to get me to buy extra data under false pretences.
On 23rd February Gumani Malebusha of ICASA told me that Market and Competition would be carrying out a retail tariff transparency tariff project this year including out of bundle rates. Quite clearly we can no longer rely on ICASA. Maybe this time I can get contact details from MTN"""

Kindly be advised that you are not being billed on out bundle rate as I have checked on the system , but you are receiving those SMSES in error , the request for the SMSES to be removed has been escalated to support team and here is your ref number ref SMC/***.
