Can anyone from Mtn say something????
My husband and I took out 2 TOP-UP contracts with MTN. One for my cell phone and one for the Ipad. MTN workers went on strike last year and suddenly both my phone and the ipad were disconnected. Tried to contact Mtn and the agent said that we owed R6000, how when monthly subscription for both was about R740? Asked for a statement and it never came and no help after calling them repeatedly. At some point I was on hold for 20 minutes only to be cut off. Went to Mtn @ Mall at reds and they tried to communicate with Head office on my behalf. Low and behold they failed. No response or resolution from MTN Legal / Billing after being told that they were the departments to contact. Got a letter of demand and I was told that I owe R14 000! all the proof sent to the lawyers to try and get the statements for me as clearly they could get hold of MTN. This was October 2015, the lawyers have never communicated with me or my husband since then. I need to use my number again which is *** can anyone from MTN please please please assist in providing me with Itemised billing info / Statements. I would like to sort this matter out. It's been almost a year now.
