Can anyone at MTN help ? So fed up whit MTN

Over the last month I have been sent from store to store and told to call to try get fixed LTE at my house only to be told that I can't get fixed LTE because it's not in my area because my address can't be found on there system but my house has been here almost 40 years and when I go on MTN's coverage map and find my house by scrolling to my house and show that on there it does show I can get fixed LTE they say I'm wrong. I have been to 4 stores and not one person can help me I am a MTN client but MTN can't care any less on helping me
