Can any one superior from mtn call me and assist me because at the call center they don't have help , and they don't even have an email address to give us to sent our complaints to

HI. My Name is Thabani Mthembu an old MTN prepaid customer. on the first of March 2022 I called MTN customer care on 135 number requesting an itemized billing from the 1st of November 2021 to the 28th of February 2022.

They told me to go to any MTN store in which this can be printed for me, when i got to the store its a different story they told me they don't have a system to do this as it was taken away from them. They then advised me to call customer care 135 again another agent told me to SMS my email address to 30988 number i did email *** to 30988 on the 1st of March 2022 i got no reply or any SMS delivery or SMS receipt confirmation, i did the same on the 2nd of March 2022. i sent *** Please send me an itemized billing from November 2021 to date of which it was the 2nd of March.

I got the SMS from MTN saying they received an sms from my number requesting an itemized bill to be sent to *** if i confirm i must reply with 1 to cancel reply with 2. I rep**** with 1 to confirm later i got an OTP SMS to my number *** with which i could verify my email address i did verify guess what. MTN sent an itemized billing from January to February 2022 despite i specified the time frame of a bill. i sent another SMS i was then ignored at 135 customer care they say they don't know who can I talk to but these calls i wanted itemized bill for could prove at work they i did not go absent without letting my boss know as he denies my Job is at risk now , and i have until Friday the 11th of March to prove but MTN has failed me. even yesterday I sent another SMS to 30988 again requesting the specific itemized bill from November 2021 to February 2022 but still no reply no nothing from MTN thus I have been with MTN since 2007. I am very much disappointed and should I lose my Job I have only MTN to blame , for they failed to make me prove calls and SMS's I sent to my boss as he denies now.
