Calls received as unknown numbers
All incoming calls are received as unknown since my upgrade in March. I have logged multiple calls with no feedback. Ref Unknown calls mtn 1-***

We sincere apologized for any inconvenienced caused to you.
We have escalated the complaint to our manager to send the request for assistance to the back end Manager to look into the complaint and for the problem to be rectified on the back end, we have picked up Caller Id Presentation on incoming calls is deactivated and need to be reactivated.
We are waiting on feedback.
