Calls keep on dropping
I really had it with Mtn cellphone reception. My calls keep on dropping, whether I'm driving or stationary. I have to redial numbers 3-4 times because of the calls dropping in the middle of the conversation. Same goes for when people are phoning me. I tried resolving the problem with Mtn by phoning ***, however the person assisting me just told me that the tower I'm connected to at the moment of this call is working fine. I don't need the status of the tower I'm connected to, I need to know why my calls are dropping all the time. I have a new Samsung Galaxy S5 and I don't think it can be the phone.
