Calls deactived on a prepaid number 😡😡

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving from MTN customer care no one seems to know what’s happening. My phone has deactivated incoming calls since Wednesday until today and I’m using my phone for work. I have called MTN customer service several time and even drove to the nearest MTN store they also couldn’t help me so right know I’m left with a SIM card or a phone that is not receiving calls

Can someone from MTN solve this matter for me cause I’m really behind with my work and that’s not a good thing, or maybe it’s best we move to other networks since no help is provided by MTN.

I don’t need your code and to be told to restart the phone after 5minutes but I need this phone to work I’m really frustrated.
