Calls and emails and still not resolved

Upgraded including promo of watch and earbuds Samsung A24. Many calls later still knowhere. Received phone but no watch no earbuds and nothing found under Mtn members app nor Samsung members app. Why advertise something that doesn't happen. Seems false to me.
