Calling the Mtn customer care is one big joke.

I sent an email to the Mtn customer care on 16/03/15 to raise the issue of how difficult it is to get through to the call centre amongst other things. I got a reply 9 days later apologising and advising me to SMS any queries to 44303. I therefore did this and requested that Mtn stop the itemised billing on my one contract. I am currently still paying for itemised billing even though I sent an SMS requesting that this be stopped. I sent another email to Mtn customer care on 13/05/15 requesting that the itemised billing be as the option of dialling 808 or sending and SMS obviously does not work and up until today I have received no response. Please note the I have been an Mtn customer since 2003 and there were times when I had contracts in excess of R1000.00 a month, but because my contract value is under R300.00 a month (and ?R300.00 airtime a month purchased separately)these days I do not qualify for a booster and I was told they can terminate my contact if I was not happy with that decision.
