Calling call centres using prepaid

MTN, you are a *******. I use your prepaid and I just paid R3.50 per minute holding on for a call centre to answer my call. Obviously they did not pick up, so the 17 minutes costed me about R60 for nothing!!!!! When your CEO is spending his millions, know that I contributed to that for nothing in return!!!!!
