Callertunez MTN

I'm not very impressed with Mtn and this Callertunez story.

People complain about having subscribed to the service unknowingly and Mtn claim its a subscription service so you give permission to subscribe. I call ******* on this. A person calls a phone number that has one, your face touches your screen while waiting for the person to answer and just happens to touch the single diget needed to magically subscribe to a Callertunez subscription. Does this equal my consent or agreement to subscribe? There should be some kind of two step varification on this. This is not the first time I have accidentally subscribed to this Callertunez story. The first time I got it unsubscribed easily, this time, not so much... There's a mmi code with no opt out option. There's a sms number, I've smsed 'stop' and 'opt out to the number and still got this music on my line.

It is one thing if a person uses your phone for private use only, then I don't have an issue with such things. But some of us use our phones for business as well and It is not professional to have music playing while someone is calling you for business.
