CallerTunez...
<p>So MTN seems to be subscibing me to services they chose to, not only that but i cant even unsubscribe from it. *** is CallerTunez!!! I called MTN support desk and the guy told me to dial *123*10# and cancel it from there - not only do i have to go to the end of the menu but when i do it says "The number of subscribers who unsubscribe to the service is a day reached its maximum" are you kidding me, what the hell kind of unsubscription has a cap!!!!! </p> <p>Stop *****ing my money MTN i dont want to pay you 50c a week for "Hello from the other side" - you probably got this song from Torrents anyway you ******* </p>

2. if you already did it you should allow them to unsubscribe - if you see my sceenshot here it prevents people from unsubscrubing from this service - the message is clear
I can not understand how a big provider like MTN can allow a message like this, how is it possible that you have limited the amount of UNsubscriptions - that clearly states that MTN will take the subscription money from the users weather they like it or not - this service is not a contract, nothing is/was signed how can you not allow me to unsubscribe?!?!?
You want to be a big player MTN - act like it
