Callers cannot get through to me

<p>For the past 10 days or so, intermittently i have been receiving calls from friends and family, complaining that my cell is off and that they cannot get through to me, when in fact my phone is on. All my internet, email, whatsapp, dialing out is working perfectly. I called MTN on 13/12 and the gentleman told me to dial a code into my phone which would unbarr all previous settings etc. This did not work. After this happening again today, someone saying they cant get through to me i called 808 again, to be told to call 1555. After trying numerous times to get through and being immediately transferred to 173, i gave up. I then called 808 again and spoke to Nomusa Cossa, reference number ********** 66. Still she could not help me or get someone to contact me regarding this matter. I am very irritated and unimpressed. It will be wonderful if someone could please advise what the problem is and sort it out. I am not prepared to go to an MTN shop and stand in queues, this is a technical issue and my SIM card according to Nomusa is also fine.</p>
