Caller Tunez
My current issue is that my clients are complaining that my ringtone is \press this button to copy this song\" and other words when I am being contacted via ***
I have not subscribed to this, nor intended to and yet it is on my phone. I have phoned for over 2 weeks to your customer care line, and been told between individuals who have no idea what I am talking about to others to which I must message stop to ***. All I humbly request before I lose my absolute last inch of patience with MTN is to have this removed with immediate effect.

Please this is beyond frustration and poort network service."
