Caller Tunes driving me up the wall

<p>My clients are complaining that there is something wrong with my phone when they call to make appointments because it doesn’t ring and some obscene song plays. I am a hair dresser at a retirement home. I have not subscribed to this, nor intended to and yet it is on my phone, for the second time!. I have phoned for over 2 weeks to your customer care line, and found myself stuck between individuals who have no idea what I am talking about to others who all have a different answer. All I humbly request before I lose my absolute last inch of respect for MTN is to have the caller tunes removed with immediate effect!!!</p>
