Called and no human spoken to

I have been trying to get hold of someone at MTN to assist me regarding a contract.<br> I called *** and held on for 40 minutes - did not get to speak to a human, only heard recorded message.<br> I then called *** and after choosing the option 5 for accounts (and getting cut off three times) eventually kept hearing the recorded message for 10 minutes.<br> I tried calling again and chose option for sales and still held on for 6 minutes, without speaking to anyone at all and no recorded message.<br> Does anyone actually work there?<br> <br> Kindly contact me urgently!<br>
