Call me on MY! cellphone #

I have tried calling customer service as they have been blowing up my fathers phone but they cannot call me personally even though my number has been provided several time. When selecting the option to speak to an "service champ" it says invalid option. I want to speak to someone A.S.A.P.!!!!!!!!!!!
