Good day

I'm having a problem with network coverage, its been over 6 months now complaining about the same issue, I know it could be because of load shedding but this matter is long before that,.

On Monday I loaded voice bundle on my daughter's phone, on my side the load was successful but on her phone it did not reflect, today this morning I loaded same issue.

I tried calling MTN costumer care line for some time now but it is not giving me the option to speak to a consultant.
