Call keeps getting cut
I have been trying to get hold of MTN for almost 2 hours but all i hear is about the high call volumes. When I do get through to the IVR, I get to choose my options but after holding for nearly 10 minutes the line just gets cut. I have probably made in excess of 10 calls in this time period. I just have 1 simple query and do not think that this level of pathetic service in acceptable. <br> <br> I am not even hopeful of getting a proper response to this complaint. If any it will probably be the standard copy paste response.
