Call issues and bad internet signal with MTN

I work in Clayville, Olifantsfontein (West view road) and for the past 2 - 3 weeks have had the most ********** reception with phone calls. Its my work address and on an average day calls either drop or I can't hear the other person for like 30 secs at a time at least every call or every second call. We used to have good LTE signal and now I barely get it. I checked that it wasn't my phone and other MTN clients are having the same problem. Its unacceptable to try and work like this. What is going on?
