Call Droppers due to lack of service

How is this Company still trading with service this bad. the overcharged me at first after 6 months its sorted, now they throttle my home wifi and when I phone to query the problem the literally just drop the phone on me (yes literally cause it has happen multiple times)

So Do not Consider MTN for a Service provider , Just a waste of Life
