Call dropped everytime
I've been trying to get hold of a consultant a while now but everytime I call the call centre, my call gets dropped after 5min. I need to change my debit order date from the 25th to the 1st. I've tried to change it myself on the website, but is greyed out. <br> <br> Please contact me by today as I'm not gonna pay penalties again for this **** service.
