Call constantly being dropped

Good day i have 2 contracts with mtn . I have been billed for insurance for the past 2 years but dont have any insurance with Mtn . When i upgraded at Cradelstone mall the employee told me that they will sort this out and get back to me but it seems that this has not been done as mtn is still billing me for insurance . Try phoning a call center an u are put on hold for hours or when the phone is answered u hear poeple talking but then your call is dropped . I am so fed up with mtn right now and i am considering canceling my contracts completely and will be seeking legal help.
