Call centre Singing Work work work in the back ground
<p>Hi this evening i called in to 808 chatted to helpful professional call centre agent Brandon Ref ***</p> <p>in the back ground is fellow callcentre collegue singing work work work by Rihanna and drake </p> <p>so in btw solving account query im hearing Lelanie Combrink singing totall unprofessional. Brandon repeated himself by telling her the client says please stop singing but clearly she does not know what customer experience is. kindly address this issue. </p>
