Call Centre (Sales) Useless
<p>Good Day, </p> <p>So another week has started and still NO CALL FROM MTN!!!???? </p> <p>Even after promises from the call centre manager known only as Danny that he has handled this before and knows how to resolve this???</p> <p> </p> <p>I have proof to show that when i call the call centre ( ********** 667) In the 3 Days it just play music. The longest time i left it was 4Hours and 20 min!!!!! NO ANSWER!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have app**** online for a new deal and after about a week finally received an email with ref. no. that someone will contact me to finalise the sale? This was now almost 3 weeks ago??</p> <p> </p> <p>Online Ref Nr: ********** 6</p>

Please get a senior manager to urgently contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night someone by the name of Joshua or something called me…Had all kinds of excuses and then called my wife and tried to sell something completely different and eventually conclude some kind of deal pending but without any reference!!!!!???????????
How on earth are we supposed to keep track with a call centre that doesn’t answer phones and NO OTHER MEANS of getting support???????
