Call centre plays ping pong with calls

Switchboard never puts a call though to the right department, all departments send you back to switchboard.<br> <br> No one can connect me with the legal department as I need to settle my account.<br> Spending hours on hold while interest is being added to my account. <br> I also have not been receiving any communication from mtn nor mtn legal regarding my account while interest is obviously added to the account.<br> <br>
