Call centre personal cannot assist
I have lost my "mymtnmail" password. On the MTN website it says to phone 135 to have it reset. I did this, but the person I spoke to sounded like he did not even know that there is MTN e-mail. I was then told to phone the technical guys, but I have to phone 135 - again. This time I was told to dial 083 1 555, which I did, but it goes right back to 135 call centre. Can somebody PLEASE give me the correct route to follow to reset my MTN mail password?
