CALL CENTRE NOT RESPONDING
I needed assistance with a router setup and called the call centre but after being placed on hold for more than an hour, I terminated the call and decided to link my router through CELL C. MTN is definitely NOT a customer service orientated business and should seriously look at how they deal with the general public.
