Call Centre Nightmares- Mtn Legal

<p>I tried to sign up with a new contract 21/12/2016 with the MTN in Welkom . The service was reasonably ok. Unfortunately, despite being an MTN client for over 15 years, and my number has NEVER changed, the application was denied. </p> <p>The only reason I received was that 'It's with legal and you need to call 808'</p> <p>I have been on the line the entire morning today 22/12/2016 with no help whatsoevery. I've tweeted and facebooked, and sent direct emails and messages. </p> <p>Utterly disgraceful I must say!!</p> <p>Your MTN Legal number ********** 096 does clearly not work and completely offline - it doesn't even ring! </p> <p>808 is non-operational as well and just drops the call everytime I dial 0 for the operator. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the level of service from MTN for a long standing and loyal customer that's never once defaulted?</p> <p> </p> <p>Despicable!!</p>
