CALL CENTRE NIGHTMARE
Too bad I have to give a star. The staff is poorly trained, cant pronounce their own names probably because of accountability. The supervisors are ill informed and unhelpfull. The waiting times for the call centre is ludicrous.
ALL THEY DO IS PASS YOU TO THE NEXT UNWILLING TO HELP AGENT. I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL MY COMPANYS CONTRACTS

Last year I got a upgrade on my contract and got the s60 cat phone with. it was in may.
I have got a problem with the phone and cat wants a proof of purchase before they can collect it.
ALL I want is proof of purchase so that I can have my phone fixed under warrenty.
I have spoken to numerous of the call centre staff. Inculding tebello(supervisor) who promised me she will help. also to kgabo . if you ask their name they give a mumble and you have to ask them to spell it!!!!!!!!
They have put me through to dsv , rewardsco , delivery help desk, accounts and even upgrade department. also to ntabe. worst off all is when they bump you back to the main menu. and you have to start again from the beginning.
After a whole day wasted I am no nearer to a solution.
