Call centre line always busy and no response on email

i want to cancel my contract that has come to end but it seems i have hold for ours on 808 number and emails never get responses on,this is frustrating i have send about 20 emails to get my contract cancelled no response to date.

i will take this up with law authorities if the is no response by this week,
