Call centre impossible with assistance - lines keeps being dropped and takes forever

I have been trying to get a settlement on my account but the line keeps being cut - or goes dead... And they keep asking me the same questions and they dont answer emais. Vodacom assisted me so quickly but I am struggling so much with MTN
