Call Centre for Cancellations is useless!

If I could give a zero star, that would be perfect. I am trying to cancel my contract and everytime I call their call centre I hold for more than 30mins without any pick up. Is there an ombudsman one can escalate this too? I do not want to be on an MTN contract anymore.
