call centre dont pick up the phone
it is so hard to get through to mtn call centre, I stay on the line for 30 mins after that the call just cut off and I keep on cut off. their network sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone honestly. they don't know what is customer satisfaction it really sucks that you have to pay contract monthly and you get a **** service honestly.
