Call Centre closed and I want my money
I paid for my bill with MTN via EFT and I just noticed that they also deducted via debit order, so I have been calling for 2 days to arrange for a refund, but it keeps saying their call centre is closed. REALLY? What call centre closes for days

Kindly note that the debit order submissions are sent to the bank between the 18th and 20th of each month to deducted at the end of the month. Your payment was only received on the 26th June after the debit order submissions. According to our records, the debit was returned from your bank so thee was only one payment received on your account.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
